About Me
Who Am I
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who believes everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with empathy and respect. I approach each client without judgment and take the time to understand their experiences beyond the challenges that brought them to therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where clients can speak openly, feel supported, and work toward meaningful changes in their lives.
I have experience working with adolescents and adults, with a particular focus on men and adolescent boys. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other mental health concerns. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt techniques to help clients better understand their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work through challenges. I value collaboration and believe therapy should focus on each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.

What is my approach to therapy?
I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself and talk honestly about what’s going on. I take the time to listen and understand your experiences without judgment, while working with you to figure out what may help. I use CBT, DBT, and Gestalt techniques to help you make sense of your thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and find healthier ways to handle the challenges you’re facing. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together in a way that feels right for you.
