About Me

Who Am I

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor providing services to clients. I have several years of experience working in various therapeutic settings. I have provided individual and group therapy across different levels of care, including partial care, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs. My diverse experience has allowed me to support clients with a wide range of mental health needs and life challenges. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly express their emotions. My experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life stress and transitions, PTSD/trauma, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, addictions, and co-occurring disorders.
