Programs
We accept most major insurance plans. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and session fees (excluding private pay) differ based on the insurance plan. TG Counseling and Consulting Services LLC conducts insurance verification for all new clients, and fees provided to clients are determined through this verification process. While we conduct verification on our end, we encourage both new and existing clients to independently contact their insurance providers to gain insight into their mental health benefits.
Paperwork Fees
TG Counseling & Consulting Services LLC applies an $85.00 fee for handling paperwork such as FMLA or disability forms, housing, ESA letters, and other documentations. Please note, completion of such paperwork will only be processed after the client has attended a minimum of 4 sessions with a provider. Additionally, if the provider feels they lack sufficient information about the client’s situation, they reserve the right to decline completing paperwork.
