Who Am I

I am a Licensed Associate Counselor practicing in New Jersey. I have 4 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations. I’ve supported university students facing academic and mental health challenges, aided adults with disabilities in rehab to improve work and social skills, and worked with adolescents and adults in private practice. I use an integrative approach that combines various therapeutic modalities to provide a supportive environment for navigating life’s challenges. My ideal client is someone seeking insight and personal growth who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, academic stress, or trauma.
