About Me
Who Am I
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor practicing in New Jersey, and an empathetic, supportive, and culturally competent therapist committed to providing individuals with a safe space to foster healing and empowerment as they navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with clients coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, addiction, and co-occurring disorders, among other concerns.
My passion for mental health grew from my early exposure to Art Therapy, which inspired me to serve underserved and underrepresented communities. In sessions, clients can expect to increase self-awareness, gain practical coping tools, and set goals for personal growth. I value authenticity, honesty, empathy, and collaboration, and I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
Licensed Associate Counselor
Empathy & Empowerment
What is my approach to therapy?
My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and make meaningful changes. As a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey, I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Art Therapy to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills.
In our first sessions, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, clarifying your goals, and identifying strategies that fit your unique needs. I approach this process with empathy, authenticity, and curiosity, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and respected. Whether we’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, or identity-related concerns, my goal is to help you increase self-awareness, strengthen your coping skills, and create lasting change.
